Märklig liten bok. Blev både ledsen, deprimerad men också lite lugnad på nått sätt. Lite konstig men läsvärd.

Brilliant modern study of sisters set in a truly evocative setting of Scandi summer lakeside house. Highly recommended!

Aubert’s writing gave me some Sally Rooney vibes. Completely nailed the dynamics of complicated dynamics within the family - with both the sisters and their mom.

Easy, short read. A pallet cleanser, if you will.
Recognizable and still different enough so I don't have to think about it too hard.
Grateful for being an only child, for not wanting children and for the fact I quit drinking and don't have hangovers anymore.
