Minus points because the cover is low key (high key) unaesthetic.

Minus points because the audiobook narrator said “Buddha body” with a somewhat transatlantic accent and it became really distracting.

Extremely insightful and excellent advice on how to adopt Buddhist principles into our every day life. This is written for the layman in clear language and simple guidelines. It covers the main concepts with useful steps that can be incorporated. It is a good first read in the philosophy or a good refresher. Reading it just makes me want to meet and spend time with Thich Nyat Hahn to feel his energy.
