Pleasant enough book peppered with reminders about what matters, how to look at the world, etc but in the pantheon of books on mindfulness/how to live it offered almost nothing new... Left me feeling 'if you read one, you read them all'.

Not as structured and formalistic as some Buddhist books but sometimes loses its immediacy in Buddhist vocabulary and unsatisfactory koan-like philosophy.

Every book of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh holds healing power to me, and this book is not an exception!
