tienen razón que conectas distinto con libros de tus país, puedo imaginarme un barrio argentino, reconozco algunos lugares (estuve en Tigre y fui a las islas) y las palabras, los modismos. pero así también, ver como los femicidios son iguales en todos lados, con gente que olvida o deja pasar las desapariciones. todo tan crudo. la verdad que lo leí por la curiosidad de saber porque ahora quieren censurarlo (lo cual me parece una re pavada porque la excusa es cualquiera, un pibe de 16-17 años puede leer estas cosas) y me llevó una historia que resonó en mí.

This is my first book translated from Spanish (and the translation note specifies it is a particular dialect of Argentinian Spanish) and I don't know if that was it, or if I just did not care for the writing. I felt like details weren't kept consistent (as rarely as there were details) and that some parts of the book existed for no reason. The "romance" in it is badly written and unexplained. I wouldn't suggest this book to most people.

creo que me esperaba otra cosa de este libro, pero aún así me ha gustado. tiene un estilo bastante sencillo y directo. el problema es la repetición de los casos: cometierra va y ayuda a alguien, independientemente del resultado, pero hay cuatro o cinco a lo largo del libro que acaban sintiéndose tediosos y repetitivos. aún así, he disfrutado la lectura y me ha llamado la atención ese trasfondo de pobreza y abandono que tiene la vida de cometierra.
