The first ten chapters are informative, although their internal structure becomes more obvious as you read on. They give an overview of different things to consider, with a lot of motivational talk and inspiring stories of successful people we often know about already, but didn’t know the backstory of.

It’s in chapter 11 that things fall apart, and I think both this and chapter 12 should have been omitted simply because they are wishy-washy and repeated (chap. 12) and just contradict the rest of the book’s message (chap. 11). Chapter 13 becomes better, as a summary of ten things to remember, although it’s a bit odd simply because the book already have been a summary of things to remember.
