adventurous emotional inspiring medium-paced

Glass and Death is book 7 in Holly Hooks A Twisted Fairy Tale series.

This is the first time we see so many previous main characters all in one instalment, which can only mean that w getting ever closer to finding out Fables fate and the conclusion to the series. It was great being able to revisit with Stilt and Brie, Ignacia and Mica, Shorty and Candice and Rae and Henry. As the group endeavour to find each other and work together to and all of the prisoners that Alric has stashed, namely Shorty's mother and Rae's adoptive mother, amongst all the others.

The quest is fraught with danger as they encounter the underworld, Alrics sister Anne, Dwarves, Dragons and ultimately Alric himself. A few twists and turns along the way to keep it interesting in true Holly Hook style. Such a great YA series with some great spins on classic Fairy Tales.
