Not too much happened in this issue, but it was still a good read. Billie leads the other kids, except for Lucas and Yui, to the man's body to feed upon. We also learn that Billie was the last and newest kid to join the group and become a vampire. Romie meets a girl who is terrified by the vampires, but who could possible become a friend.

I feel like this is a transitional issue, a bridge to other things and story progression. I'm not sure how many issues Lemire has planned, but I'm along for the ride.

This series is just getting better and better! I will keep this spoiler free, but the plot has moved forward quite a bit, and I’m inquisitive about what the group will do! I’m unsure if they will stick together or split up, as they seem to be growing increasingly divided.

As per usual, I love the artwork. I think black and white was a fantastic choice, with just a splash of red here and there. Gorgeous!
