This is a great ending to the originial Raptor teams' stories!
As Emersyn sees all her fellow Raptor team mates fall in love, she figures it won't happen for her so she focuses on the job at hand. She wants to prove that she can do what the rest of the team can do but her injury proves to much. Enter someone from her past.
I loved reading about Emmy finally letting down that wall and letting love back in.
Can't wait to see where PJ goes from here!

WOW !! What a wonderful ending to this equally wonderful series !!
I more than loved it; as all the previous books, this one it so very well written.
This second chance romance is a fast paced read full of intense emotions, lots of action and passion.
Very happy to see Emersyn healed up and happy :)
Can't wait for the next series !!!!!

Rose Dioro and Troy Duran complete the series with their phenomenal narration. They work so well together with complimenting voices. These characters belong to these narrators, and they truly understand each one, keeping them consistent from book to book. I love their collaborations and can't wait for their next one.

A great way to end the series!!
We get to see the team finally close out the case that has been spanning several of the previous books. We also get to see a beautiful second chance love story.

Fitting Series Conclusion
4.5 stars - This was a fitting conclusion to the series that leaves the door open for a couple of different tangents to be followed for the next series. Yay!
I love that Emersyn "Emmy" Copeland is reunited with the one man she can't forget or get over, Dr. Chase Nicholas. Equally as great is how he's been tied up over her.
Despite how things had been weakening, I wasn't impressed with how Chase handled his engagement and Emersyn all those years ago. I do appreciate that he wants to clear the air, even if it is five years later. The fact that he risks his career to help her speaks volumes to the conviction of his words and his dedication to do what is right.
As for the human trafficking case that has had them flying around the country, I do like how it wraps up, even though it is tamer and lighter on the action that I've enjoyed in the rest of the series. This isn't a complaint, just an observation.
I received an author's copy of the audio book. The narrators, Troy Duran and Rose Dioro, continue to be wonderful.
