I won this book through Early Reviewers. I just love the Sophie Kinsella and Madeline Wickham books and was thrilled to be able to read this. I was slightly disappointed because it really wasn't as good as her other books. It is a quick and easy read, the plot wasn't up to par with her other books. I was slightly bored with the storyline and the ending was confusing and just blah. It could use a twist or something to help this book out.
It was a good read. I can't deny that Wickham has great writing skills, but it just seemed to me like maybe she wasn't into this book like she is with all her others. I really debated over the rating to give this book. I wanted to give it a two because I was bored, but I really enjoyed all her other stuff and thought that maybe some other people who weren't really familiar with her writing would appreciate this a little better.

This book was ok, but definitely not up to the Sophie Kinsella can't-stop-reading-even-though-the-story-premise-is-ridiculous level that I'm used to.

I read about half but it was like torture!! She should stick to being Sophie Kinsela. I will try to listen to it on audiobook but certainly not any time soon.

Liked it, but didn't love it. Parts were incredibly predictable. Just eh.

Yet another by her where the protagonist must must go! She’s not likable hatable nothing. Just sort of a wretched spoiled child in grownup attire. Second book by her under this name. Let me rephrase, last book by her under this name. I’m done.

I really enjoy the Shopaholic series so I was very disappointed with this book. I suppose I was expecting a bit of humor, but the whole thing was a letdown. The plot was predictable and the characters unlikeable. Even though it's almost 300 pages it felt like nothing really happened. The author probably could have used an extra 25-50 pages to cone up with an ending that had more closure, the ending provided seemed rushed.

The ending was not very good - I wanted Liz & Marcus to get what was coming to them!

Took me a while to get into, and not as funny as her other books, but it was a fun, light read.
