Wilde’s plays didn’t become classics for nothing.

Wonderfully funny, unexpected and full of one liners that will stick with you long after you put the book down.

I highly recommend reading with notes as there are lots of references or words we modern day readers wouldn’t pick up on normally, but which make it even more entertaining a read!

My favourite is the only first two story, Wish I could see all the play irl where I live. I strongly believe that this book isn't meant to be read but rather meant to be seen as a play as that's more easier to comprehend.

finally reading oscar wilde's other works than dorian gray has really opened my eyes to what a witty guy he was. my favourite hands down is the importance of being earnest but i genuinely enjoy his writing style and how he narrates the sotry
