Super Fun Rollercoaster!

The start to this series was so good. It’s definitely a SLOW BURN but there was still a little spice in this book. I can’t wait to see what happens and how the characters come together because those men are RUTHLESS. This is a true bully romance in that it doesn’t really let up throughout the story.

I’m definitely intrigued by Nim and her *cough* stalkers. Nim is a character you want to root for, finding herself thrust into a new world, unsure of the players and the rules after her parents’ deaths. Mason, Knox, and Silas developed a little more as the book went on, but I still can’t wait to know them better. It seemed like they did a bad thing for a good reason at the beginning of the book, but now they’re behaving like monsters. I’m curious to know what’s really going on at Cinderhart Academy and in the town. I can’t wait for the mysteries to unfold. If you’re sensitive to triggers for noncon, don’t proceed.

Oh dear lord what in the hell did I just read and can I please have the next book now!! Make sure you pay attention to the trigger warnings because this book is dark, seriously messed up, gut wrenching and not for the faint hearted.

I found myself absolutely loving Knox, Silas and Mason a lot more than I liked Nim. The guys are deranged, intense and sinfully delicious. I found Nim to be an interesting character but she has absolutely no backbone whatsoever and I waited the whole book just to see her do something but unfortunately she never did. I am hoping that she changes in the next book because I believe that she has the potential to bring the guys to their knees.

I can’t wait to see what happens in the next book especially after that ending.

I struggled with this book. It had noticeable errors, both grammatical and typographical, enough to distract from the story. Not sure why it is touted as RH, the story never leaves the realm of 3 guys torturing/debasing a girl. There was no "love interest" side to these guys. Finished it but felt dirtier for it (the decidedly UNfun kind of dirty).
