It sucks when you have all this expectation and then it finishes like that.
I don’t think Maz was a nice fae, he was mean for three books, barely talking to her and suddenly we find out he was dreaming with her for years and years and more years. I don’t hate him, he’s okay, but we needed more depth here.
I also believe we need an extra book. I am extremely relieved all books are short but it did feel like we needed more explanations.

I'm afraid this was a very weak finale.
After waiting all series for the spicy scenes between the two leads, it did not live up to expectations. Very disappointing spice and not much of it.
The main characters personalities seemed to change so suddenly that their love came across rather insta-love-esq.
The plot itself wasn't bad though.
The side characters weren't utilised enough in this one.
There was also a lot of spelling errors, so it could have done with some editing.
Overall, it felt rushed and unfinished. Disappointing.

I didn’t review the last two books, they were ok the plot wa just expanding.
But this? Honestly I had some guesses about Maz already whilst reading the books. It was a little predictable but still the unraveling of it all from book 1-4 was good.
I cannot express how much I LOATHE the Queen, she drove me up the wall.
My reviews SUCK but there’s not much else to say, the ending was okay. I kinda read it and went Aight and moved onto the next book. I didn’t obsess about the characters or anything like I do sometimes. It was just ✨okay, moving on✨
Maz was a v good fae Prince, we can’t just gloss over that

Okay so I'm feeling kind of conflicted about the final book of the series. By no means was it bad but I was worried it was going to feel a bit rushed as if the author was tying up every single loose end in this book and I was kind of right. Instead of the author tying up a few of the smaller plot lines in the previous book to really use this one to thoroughly close out the series without it feeling rushed, everything was just kind of taking care of in this book. Again, it was not a bad book it just felt a bit rushed especially the last 40% of it. It seemed like there was a lot more just telling than really showing how things happened or why and it kind of took away from the overall enjoyment of the book and series. Having said that I did enjoy the whole series overall and I would try another series from this author again.

A but different
This installment wasn’t as good as the first two. Mostly, the plot seemed rushed and very basic. The “I love you”s were overdone. Unfortunately, the editor missed many grammatical and tense mistakes. Yes, those matter.

I’m relieved to see that I’m not the only one that was disappointed with this finale.
And the pregnancy jumpscare at the end was so unnecessary.
