Really cool to finally read some proto-graphic novels by Eisner himself! His illustrations are so dynamic, and he's a genius at using different pen sizes and line thicknesses. The stories themselves were on the darker side of the human experience, but compelling nonetheless.

It really just made me feel icky and not in a good way at all. The art is honestly really good Will Eisner use of dark and light tones in his art has a nice contrast. I just didn't care for most of the stories maybe one or two.
