It was an amazing read, so interesting that it was a mix of fiction and non-fiction as it was a story about real people. As someone who knows nothing about WW2, it painted a picture of what happened during that time and events that took place in Nazi Greece. The love story was cute and the events, gripping.

I just... didn't care. I wanted to, Greece during the resistance to the occupation is a special subject of mine, but I felt like I knew exactly what was going to happen and not in a 'ooooh I see a plot twist' kind of way. It was mostly depressing.
