The OW drama was unnecessary, but solid read

i’ve never been so pro choice in my life like i would’ve gotten the clothes hanger out myself if it meant that girl would fuck off and let my bffs to lovers be together come on now

Overall I enjoyed the read. I like a good friends to lovers romance. I see lots of people DNFing because of Sadie being a push over, but its worth the wait if you hang in there. She does come around and stand up to her Father. Look, I'm not a religious person but I do have the complaint that the author uses "Jesus" way too much as an explicative, can we not think of anything else to say in the bedroom?! That became quite off putting for me. For that reason I gave 3 stars.

I thought that the storyline was really good, I wish that it was slowed down a little. I felt like it was just constant back and forth between Sadie and Ashton, and that it was just too quick. I wish that there was more interactions between Sadie and Mandy, or more interactions with other people. I thought that there was a good amount of spice, but I felt it was constantly happening (which can be a good thing) but there was no time to breathe. Overall I thought that it was a good book.

Wasn’t a huge fan of doormat FMC and, after looking at reviews, realized that not only does it not get better, both characters get worse. Not worth the time to finish listening.

Easy read but ehhh 3/5…
I’m not mad with the love story between these two, i thoroughly enjoyed it but I do wish there was more to it at the end. You can’t go from where they were to engaged and that’s it… like where the hell was the rest of it? ???
I am however annoyed at the father part and the fact that there was no ending? No, I’m sorry please forgive me? You literally left half of it out.. sheesh.

I liked it and it kept me interested but I didn't love it. The characters had great chemistry and i do like a freinds to lovers trope. I think part of what kept me so interested is I listened to it on audible, and the voice actors were really good.
