interesting plot that had me hooked from the start. sure it was kind of easy to guess the twist, personally I enjoy how we get to that point.
the only thing for me was the writing, it felt more like a YA book at times such as scenes with her love interest. Nothing wrong with YA books but this is not marketed as such so sometimes I felt like I was reading YA romance due to the wordings and descriptions.
I really did enjoyed the discussion on the ‘perfect victim’, very true and unfortunately always relevant.

I usually don’t read crime books, I absolutely loved this one. The story and characters kept me hooked the whole time. And I loved the little romance that was thrown in there. I would read this again!

Loved listening to the “podcasts” in those narratives and how we as readers were introduced to the episodes as Lucy was listening to them (especially as an audiobook, this works really well). Definitely a dark book, but I loved how Tintera kept me guessing, which meant I couldn’t put it down. By the time the killer is revealed, everything makes sense.

This book was great! Was into it enough that I read it really fast, but my only complaint that prevented me from giving it a full 5 stars is that I predicted who the killer was, it was pretty obvious. Otherwise, loved this book!

The ending was a bit much for me but overall a good read.

You have to listen to the audio book to get the best out of this one…

Absolutely loved this! Came across the recommendation from someone online and thought I’d give it a whirl. Listened to the whole thing over 2 days. Great story that hooks you from the start - brilliantly interwoven crime podcast along with the unfolding of the story. Wish there were more like this!

I like Lucy's character for the most part. She is funny and snarky. One of the issues is that sometimes it can be a bit much. All the other characters (not including Paige) are just horrible people. Even our smug with questionable ethics podcaster, Ben.
