I had read this first in the Bred Anthology and when I found out it was going to be made into a full story I was all in, because the first was a novella and I had wanted more of Silas and Zoey and dare I say the Donny and Marie show

Zoey’s ex boyfriend was useless and she decided she was done with him and ended at her old house which she found out her mom and stepdad sold but never told her. She ends up having to stay with her step uncle Silas.
This book was okay but I didn’t connect with the characters. I did love that Zoey was sassy and stood up for herself but I didn’t like Silas or any of the other characters. That being said, just because I didn’t like doesn’t make it bad. It just wasn’t for me.

GUYS!!! I CANNOT tell you how much I enjoyed this! Our Illicit Desires was originally featured in the Bred anthology. I didn't have the chance to read the anthology, but being able to read the full version, definitely wasn't disappointed. Rory and Tate sync so well together and come up with things that I haven't read before. This time, being step uncle/niece. GUYS, if you are into forbidden, age gap, daddy/possessive alpha vibes, brəəding k!nk, you need to check them out!

Our Illicit Desires by Rory Ireland and Tate Monroe is a forbidden age gap romance.
I absolutely love Rory and Tate's books! I can't help but devour their books in one sitting. I really enjoyed the relationship between Silas and Zoey. It is a bit messy, but you can't help but root for them. I liked that we got both of their points of views throughout the book. It really brought the story to life.
I would recommend this book if you're looking for a quick steamy read. The book includes a forbidden romance, age gap, and a possessive alpha male with a breeding kink.

Yay, glad Silas and zoey got a fleshed out story. Lots of tension that quickly builds then explodes. Quick, hard and dirty. Their respective family members will drive you crazy just as much as they do the mcs so be prepared for eye rolls
