Colton is so much then being The Joker. We finally learn how he turn into the joker, but when he meets Shelley she will take him out of his comfort zone and break the shell around his heart. She is truly his soulmate and you will see as their relationship develops. As much as they have darkness in them, both will bring the light out of each other. To see them go from enemies to lovers to the love they have for each other. But their journey is an dark twisted one filled with drama and steamy scenes. I can’t wait to read more from this series.

Colton King is the Joker of the pack, he always finds a way to have the last laugh. Everything was how he liked it, he had his psychotic friends, his sanctuary and his organised revenge… that was until she stepped onto the dance floor.
No one messes with a King and lives to tell the tale. Especially not The Masters.

♥️ Enemies to Lovers
♥️ Slow Burn
♥️ Vigilante

I honestly can’t understand how these Soldiers keep getting hotter and hotter. As soon as Colton’s book was announced I was counting down the days till it landed on my kindle. The Joker starts of differently to the two previous books, Colton lays it all out there and tells us exactly the trauma he’s been through. This is who he is and he doesn’t give a fuck.
Shelley is the ultimate femme fatale, she doesn’t put up with Colton’s shit and throws back all the banter he gives her. Colton has met his match, and what does he do? he falls hard and fast for the girl who holds a knife to his throat
The ultimate page turner, do not miss out on this one

The vibe in these books are so unique I’m not even sure where to place it. It’s got MC energy but they are a vigilante group? Found family, instant love attractions, morally grey heros, lots of violence. All the books are technically stand alones but you really should read them in order to get the full experience. Book 1 follows Adam and Olivia (stalker vibes), book 2 follows Devon and Leah May (forbidden romance/it’s always been you) and then the third book Colton and Shelley (enemies to lovers). They are all slow burn novels but oh so fun and of course with HEAs . I really enjoyed these books. The Joker is the newest release and is such a fun vibe with witty banter but very dark with trauma and lots of death.

Colton doesn’t let things get at him and if by the off chance something does rattle his cage he doesn’t let anyone see until her ,Shelley .The minute their eyes lock they both feel a pull towards each other although Colton’s feelings might not be the same as Shelley’s as she hates him. Shelley hates him for something and he doesn’t understand what or why when he finds out he’s torn between anger, hate and another feeling he can’t determine. Loved this book I think Colton has knocked Adam off the top spot for me the angst between Colton & Shelley was palpable but so was the lust. Well done for another fantastic book Nikki and I’m looking forward to meeting the final two Soldiers.

The Soldiers of Anarchy series has been one of my favorite series this year! Each guy is so unique and Colton is definitely one you want to skip over.
He may be the Joker and never seem serious,  but there is so much more to him than meets the eye. Getting his back story definitely made his personality make more sense.
Shelley is a badass
