The characters are fantastic, the world building is amazing, and the plot is excellent...making this a perfect book for the crazy cat lady (and gent) in us all.

I love this series and how the plot connects between the different books even though we don’t always know it until later books make the connections. I always enjoy the MCs and the way the romance develops in the most ridiculous way as well as all the other characters who show up across the series. Definitely makes me LOL.

Another great story that I had to pace myself or I would’ve read it all in one go. The books from R.J.Blain (and her other pen names) are my favourite present to myself when the world is too much for me.
Diana and Darian are wonderful characters and perfect additions to Lucy’s extended family. I loved all the cameos from previous books too, definitely need to re-read those again.

I have to admit, that some of the talk in this book I didn't understand.
I'm not great with philosophical things.
This book is great though, and seems like a great place for the author to pull together some of the strings that are necessary in this world.
I love her take on religion and the Christian pantheon.

Diana is not pulling punches on getting her cat back. She goes directly to Lucy for help. There's a LOT of bargins and negotations between these two in this book. Lucifer has played the long game with her, and she finds herself paired up with Darian .. the son of a Triad.
While the over all story was pretty good, I enjoyed her interactions with Lucy more than her "love" interest. There just wasn't much chemistry between Diana & Darian. The search for Mr. Flooferson is interesting, but definitely directed by Devine help.

Does this series get more and more ridiculous? Yes. But it never fails to make me laugh. Lots of good Lucifer and God content in this one.
I've read all of the books by Blain and loved most of them. I've noticed in the last year her books have kind if been a miss for me and this one included. It should have been better than it was but she seems to have gotten into a rut of doing lots of talking and not a lot of action. Normally I read books incredibly fast and this one I kept putting down because it didn't hold my attention.
