This will teach me to double check Goodreads (or the like) before starting a book within an apparent series.

There was serious potential for this series, but with no intention of completion readers are just left with unanswered questions.

Loved this book and the first one passions of the night. If you like si-if/fantasy with a bit of raunch you will love this!

The first book in the series was okay but this felt rushed, convenient and completely unbelievable.. and I appreciate that it’s about a race of dream guardians protecting mankind from nightmares via sex dreams so you don’t necessarily expect much reality but even overlooking all of that, I just found this hard to buy into.

This book was OKAY. I had the hardest time trying to envision what I was reading just because things were described kind of odd. Aside from that a solid 2/5.

Dream Guardians, book 2.

While Lyssa and Aidan are off looking for artifacts to help them solve the mystery of the key, Lyssa’s friend Stacey meets Aidan’s friend Conor. Sparks fly right away, even though Stacey tries to resist getting involved with another bad boy who she’s sure will break her heart.

A steamy follow-up to the first book. It ends on a cliffhanger that doesn’t look likely to be resolved anytime soon, due to a contract dispute between Day and her publisher.

Look. This book was going to get a solid 4 stars until the last 25%.
Why would you bring the hysterical mother of the kidnapped kid along with you?! She's dumb and he's dumber. This is a terrible ending.
The lack of a sequel when one is set up and needed is also frustrating.
