I did fly through this book. I really loved Adam and his unhinged self. I had mixed feelings about Olivia. I think she went from hate to love really quickly and the flip just switched.

I wish I had more to say, but I don't There wasn't too much action except at the very beginning and the very end.

Always watching

I saw this book on tiktok and it seemed really intriguing and my sort of read. I love a stalker romance and Adam was just that. From the moment liv walked into his life there was no other for him. He took the title of stalker to the limit and even though liv refused to accept him. She loved playing his games. I loved the dark nature of this story, but it wasn't the darkest of stalker romances I've read. The twist near the end I didn't see coming and felt it brought an extra touch of darkness to this book. Really looking forward to reading about the other soldiers in this series. I really enjoyed coltin's crazy and will definitely be reading his story.

The Psycho was one heck of an emotional ride for me. Two lost souls who were surrounded by friends yet felt all alone until they find each other. Adam was a vigilante on the outside but he was just as longing for a family and a home just as much as Olivia who never had a sense of belonging to anyone. They somehow become each others’ lifeline. Their banter was hilarious and their texting was priceless. I laughed out loud a few times and earned a few glances at my local coffee shop. Once their relationship moved on to the next stage from stalker and stalkee to lovers, their chemistry was OFF THE CHARTS. I mean just vow! Don’t wanna ruin it for anyone but by the end of a certain chapter, you will definitely have a special appreciation for dark rooms. So just go ahead and one click this one. It is certainly worth it.

HOLY COW!! I have been waiting to read this since Finn’s book. I knew it was going to be good, but not this good. This book totally blew me away. I had never read a stalker romance before and now I can’t believe I’ve waited so long to start.

I have always loved Liv in the Rebels of Sandland series. I always love a strong, feisty heroine and Liv is all those things and more. I loved their banter and Liv definitely gave him a run for his money.

I couldn’t get enough of Adam and Olivia. And gahh that dark room. I hope to read more scenes about that room in the upcoming books.

I read this book in one setting. I couldn’t put it down. I can’t wait to see what else she has in store for the soldiers.

if you want a book equal parts fucked up and heart warming, this is it. this book has gore and violence but swoon worthy moments. I thought I hated slow burns but this was paced beautifully. Our FMC Olivia was a badass with some cracks within her hard exterior. She knew what she wanted and was not afraid to put our MMC in his place. The obsession from Adam was mwah perfection and the possessiveness. If you don’t like a man who has is utterly obsessed with his girl for no apparent reason, then this is not for you. I love a good book where he just knows that she is made for him and just simply is his now, caveman in the best way. Also the little fucking plot twist?? mouth wide open. Sometimes I say I’m going to follow the series but I GENUINELY mean it this time. I really want to see how the other boys stories play out!

This book was good except for the different slang used to describe certain things (maybe the author is Australian as “mate” was used often in terms of friendships) and some errors in editing. I didn’t care for the lack of plot and when I was reading some parts the MMC seemed to be forcing his masculinity and darkness more than the writing was making me feel his depravity. The mmc would say he’s a dangerous weapon but when push comes the shove it wasn’t shown that he was anything like he was warning. It was an enjoyable read but I wouldn’t read it again.
