This is a brilliant conclusion to this series and easily my favourite book of them all. And while I didn't want to see the series end this was definitely the perfect way to do so. I was pulled straight back into the story right from Page 1. The story is so well written and ready to imagine that could it really does feel like you are there.
I would highly recommend this entire series to anyone and I am already looking forward to reading it again.

Spoilers….. oh yeah I’m going to spoil something’s so stop don’t spoil it for yourself…. If you read it….. ok ….. let’s get this party started….

Wow just wow….. I went into this series knowing I would like the writing style of the author Mary Beesley as I have read her books before. I loved her attention to world building and detailed storytelling. In book 1 I was happy to find I was correct on how much I enjoyed the story, book 2 was a bit more iffy for me as I was afraid where she was taking me on this series …. The book was good but I was scared… book 3 opened the floodgates of Mary Beesley heart to expose her truth and her faith…. This book is her best!! Human hearts showcases the author I was waiting for and all I can say is Wow!!!

The characters arc was breathtaking and imagery was outstanding if I could compare this series to something I would compare it to narnia series by CS Lewis and the lord of the rings by JR Tolkien. It’s that good. I found myself comparing parts of this story to my favorite part of Prince Caspian ( my favorite!!!!) where Peter is tempted …. That part of the book gave me chills and I found myself holding my breath I experienced the same feelings with the part with Immana and Jade. It was moving and beautiful!!!

At first in this series I found myself drawn to certain characters and my favorites characters did not disappoint me I love Titus he is my all time favorite along with Lyko. But what did surprise me was loving characters I thought were side characters.

I like Firth and his arc but I was definitely agreeing with Suza when she hit him, also Suza was a bit whiny in book 2 ( I understand why but I didn’t like it …. Don’t get mad at me for saying that ) but I was happy I got to like again as the book 3 moved on …. The love story between the two is super sweet. I was rooting for them and was very happy to see both of them stay true and not stray from each other even though temptation came.

Jade and Tobin ok can I suggest that we get a book about their love story and how they go on…. ???? Please!!! Ok I never thought I would say that cause I was not too happy with Tobin at the start of this book…. I really was ready not to like him.
Mira and Titus … again I think we could get a prequel book on that story just saying.

Note for author…. That is how you finish a story!!!! That was a beautiful ending seriously your heart and soul were on those pages and you should be so proud.

Great book series it will go on to be one of my all time favorites.

I really love books with two POVs- and then I read even more POVs and fall in love! This really was a fantastic fantasy and absolutely captivating to read. This was the final book in the series and it was awesome to see how much the characters have grown! Jade was my favorite (I’m a little biased because of the same name.) It’s been years since I’ve enjoyed a YA novel and I’m so glad I read this one! One of my favorite reads for the month and I am so excited to read more by this author.

The final book in this trilogy is here. Fans of these books will be sad but happy with this book. While everyone is back, this book really has three main POV voices in Jade, Ferth, and Suza. All three are tested.

It was great to see Ferth and Suza grow so close with their relationship. Jade kind of became a favorite of mine. She may be an assassin who is supposed to be cool, but she has a lot of heart as well as being a fierce warrior. Strong female characters are always welcome. I am sad that this is the last time I will see this world and the characters, but they got their happy ending. I look forward to seeing what Mary comes out with next.

These are fitting last words to the conclusion of this trilogy:

Let us carry the sacrifice on. Carry it on.
Grant us their mantel of honor that we might carry it ever onward.
Ever forever onward.

I loved seeing the growth in Ferth, Suza, and Jade in this final installment of the Draco Sang series. The conclusion was epic! We see a strengthening in the relationships perviously seen in Dragon Blood and Wolf Pack, which I throughly enjoyed. Titus, Uriah, and Tobin all return, and I loved every minute of it. We see the conquering—FINALLY—of the dragon blood. I loved the way Beesley wrote this and binge read the last half of this book because I was so nervous! And that EPILOGUE?!

This is the final book in the Draco Sang Trilogy. The author tells the story from 3 pov, which is something I enjoy very much. The 3 main characters grow and change throughout this series but this final book shows and wraps up their storylines wonderfully. The adventure and love these characters share makes this a great example for any YA reader to illustrate loyalty and trust. Great conclusion!

I came into this series backwards and while it didn't effect how much i enjoyed this book, I do wish I had read them in order. This authors writing style wad incredible, the storyline was incredibly interesting, and the characters were amazing. But the chemistry between the characters is what really drew me in, along with the beautiful front cover. So don't miss out on this amazing series.

This was a very captivating story. Coming into it at book 3, I did feel a little lost. I will go back and read the series over. This is a new author to me and I really found her writing quite delightful. The characters are engaging. I would love to read more from this author. It's a book that I believe fantasy lovers will love.
