It was fine. Nothing special. It was decent enough that I will still read Jennifer Chipman’s other series, Academically Yours. But, altogether the book was just like… BOOM. INSTALOVE. Sometimes thats hard for me but I can get on board if it’s well written and I love the characters but I just wasn’t obsessed with either of these characters. We love a boy so down bad for his girl, though. Even if the premise of this story was WILD. Solid spice scenes, and good tension but there wasn’t very much build up.

I am just such a sucker for Jennifer Chipmans writing. She writes such funny characters and magical/whimsical worlds with spice that is creative and secretive. Ivy and Teddy were just so well paired for each other. Teddy was a Cinammon roll that helped Ivy heal and I loved that for her. Not to mention he’s obsessed with Christmas, has his own reindeer and knows how to work with his hands

Elfemies to Lovers
by Jenn Chipman

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I thought this book was the perfect, adorable christmas read! An amazing and original storyline to get you into the festive spirit! I have read Jenn’s books before and this was definitely a hit for me!

Ivy Winters works at Christmasland. The owner’s son, Teddy, comes to visit and invites her to spend the holidays with him at home. There are a few surprises that happen right after this but you’ll have to read to find out what happens next!

The Christmas vibes in this book were IMMACULATE!! 🎄❄️ You’re going to want a gingerbread muffin and coffee to keep you company while you read this!

Ivy and Teddy had great banter and chemistry and the spice was perfect. I loved following along as they completed items on their Christmas to-do list and she slowly started following in love with him!

Thank you Jennifer Chipman and Wordsmith Publicity for an eARC in exchange for my honest review.

Such a cute story! Ivy & Teddy were adorable!

I needed a break from heavy reads and Jennifer Chipman delivered. This holiday read was short and sweet. Nothing too heavy or too over the top! Elfemies to Lovers had the cutest characters and adorably descriptive world-building! I loved following Teddy and Ivy through their adventures while they checked off things on their Perfect Christmas checklist they created together! *Sigh*

This is the perfect holiday romance! If you’re looking for a short and sweet hallmark with spice, then this is for you!

For readers who crave a heartwarming and spicy holiday romance.
This is not an enemies to lovers. It's more a insta love Romcom. They often say the are fighting but they are not really. This is a very entertaining cheesy as hell Christmas overload romance.
The majority is playing on the North Pole with lots of Christmas magic. If this book won't get your Christmas spirit up nothing will.
