After reading the first book, The wolf and the watchman, I was excited to hear that a sequel was being released.
Sadly, this sequel disappointed me. The plot structure was strange the main villain of the book is revealed in the second part, with over half the book to go.
There were aspects that I liked about the book, but only if it was viewed individuallypart one which was the story of Erik Three Rose and parts three and four which focused on the story of Anna, from book one.
Like me, if you enjoyed the first book, I would recommend missing this book all together. Or, if you want to continue with the series, I would recommend that you listen to this book as an audiobook.
