What a perfect summer read! I really enjoyed this book and all the beachy, summer vibes. The setting (Chatham, MA) was just dreamy. I also loved Hannah, Sara, and Aunt Maddie. Reading the book made me want to spend my summers there with them, drinking coffee and working at the bookstore. I definitely wanted more romance between Hannah and Spencer--but also loved the focus on sisters and family. A great read!

Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for gifting me this book for free in exchange for my review! All opinions are my own.
This was a cute and fast paced read, perfect to stuff in your beach bag for a day lounging by the water. I thought the characters were very well developed and likeable, and everyone had a good dynamic and banter. I think this is either my second or third book I've read by Pamela Kelley and now that Elin Hildebrand is not publishing any Nantucket novels after this year, Pamela Kelley's work will be a good substitute. Additionally, if you enjoy audiobooks, the audiobook version of this book is set to be narrated by Stephanie Nemeth-Parker. Super fun and quick read.

I need to start this out with I am not a romance reader. With that said I really enjoyed this book and want to read more from this author. I really connected with Hannah and what was going to happen with her. The beach setting and the books are what initially pulled me in. It was a little predictable as to who the love interest was going to be but I was ok with that.
I was sad when it ended and we had to say goodbye to the characters. This is why I like series and I wish this was one. I wanted to see what happened with everything and everyone.
I will be picking up more from Pamela Kelly in the future.

This was my first book by Pamela Kelley. I was drawn to the Cape Cod backdrop and a story of sisters spending a summer at the beach. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but this book wasn't a hit for me. The strong female roles and the bookstore setting on Cape Cod was nice, but not much else held my attention. The multiple story lines became a bit hard to follow and I feel they could have tied together better.
Stephanie Németh-Parker was enjoyable to listen to as she narrated this audiobook Her voice was soothing and went along with the laid back Cape Cod feel of the story.
Thank you NetGalley and MacMillan Audio for providing me with an ARC of this audiobook in exchange for my honest, unbiased opinion.
