A great end to a great series I just feel like the start was a little slow getting to the climax

DEFINITELY SURPASSES SOME IN THE SELECTION SERIES!! The Selection is, (in a way), similar to this book and I would definitely recommend The Selection if you liked this book BUT this book is arguably better in multiple ways. First, the romance. Ash and Violets relationship, sure, seems quite perfect, but it’s better because there isn’t some stupid love triangle or three chapter wide fights; even Garnet and you know who’s relationship was captivating though not mentioned much. Second, the pacing. I felt the book was fast but not in a “NO! I DON’T WANT IT TO END!” or something like The Selection where it was fast but also felt prolonged. I read it throughout a week and a half and finished it comfortably and the ending gave me satisfaction. Anyway, if you’re reading this before starting the series you should definitely give it a read!!
