I think this is Michael Robotham’s best novel yet. A follow on book about Cyrus and Evie with some resolution for Evie and a happy ending for Cyrus. Short chapters written from both Cyrus’ and Evie’s POV, the book is easy to read and quick paced. Tension builds as the story becomes more involved with so many angles. My only criticism is that it can be annoying when Cyrus takes so many rash decisions.

Great book, fast paced and action packed. We found out a lot of Evie’s back story in this one and wow the ending was so hopeful!

Covers themes of human trafficking, child abuse and rape.

My thanks to Netgalley and the publisher for an ARC of this book.
