Honestly, it was the that wouldn’t end. I liked the characters and the crazy family story, but man, it needs about 150-175 trimmed out.

Beautiful novel!  I found all of the characters to be genuine and relatable.

Ohhh Jojo Moyes I missed you. No one writes human emotion like her. The first 30% was a bit rough, mostly because it was so stressful and overwhelming reading about her life. But then I started cheering for Lila and her family and it was so fun to ride along.

This is a book about family and complications that are part of life.  This book has heart and warmth. Even though parts were predictable and sappy, it was a feel good book to read.
