This book was so much fun! You start the book off with Michael narrating in a “you probably wonder how I ended up here, falling in love” kind of intro. Normally that sounds cheesy, but this was charming. The story follows Michael and Bryce, two strangers that hook up, have fantastic sex, and ATTEMPT to have a no strings attached relationship. Obviously that fails.
This book has some of the best banter I’ve ever read between MCs. There are a couple laugh out loud moments sprinkles in as well. On top of that, the chemistry between the characters is really great. They’re electric from their first meeting, and the way their relationship evolves from pure sexual chemistry to actually having feelings for each other is organic and heart-warming. They grow as people, too.
I really liked the MCs, especially Michael. And I also loved Terrance, Bryce’s friend. So much fun. The characters felt like real people for the most part. The only thing I couldn’t fathom was how these dudes were working so much but also had time to go to pound town so much on so little sleep 😂
Though the plot is technically not that interesting, especially as you get to the end, the characters were so excellent that I was interested to keep reading and find out what was going to happen to them. I loved this book!

Super hot! And cute. Gosh I love how NR Walker shows us the falling in love bits of the story. I was giggling and kicking my feet when they finally exchanged full names for the first time. I loved the dad’s story arc. I adored the friend group. And did I mention that this was spicy red hot! I just love good characterization in the smexy scenes and this did not disappoint.

I was looking forward to this book but was ultimately disappointed. It is definitely a light, fluffy read which is what I was looking for. Perhaps a little too light and fluffy for my tastes. There was really no substance to it at all. Two perfect MCs stumble upon the perfect relationships that ends up being ... well, perfect like everything else about the story. This felt like an Aussie installment of Beverly Hills 90210. Perhaps it was something about the narration and the strange immaturity of the MCs -- how they are fabulously wealthy, good looking, and fret over trivial things -- and fall in love quickly and oh so easily -- and oh, everyone loves everyone (when you add a good measure of BFFs to the mix). I used to love those shows but they are no longer my jam. Neither is this book, unfortunately ...
Not much here and that was a little disappointing ...

The beginning of the book was great. A recurring booty call. Size difference. No names, no attachments. Then things start to get more complicated, aka they start to enmesh their lives more. Cute, very low angst.

I liked this but not as much as other NR books. It just didn't quite gel with me. Not exactly sure why but just a 3 star read.
Michael and Bryson start with one night no names uncomplicated and end with names and forever.

A one night stand turned dream come true. When they meet, they agree to no names, no holds barred sex for one night. Then they run across each other for business.
Bryce is looking for a place to start an upscale cafe, without his father’s business mogul interference. Michael is in corporate real estate, and wants to help Bryce make a go of his place.
Their attraction remains, one night turns into many, and feelings build for them both. When Bryce’s Dad tries to push Michael away from him, they hit some rocks, but right the ship, and Bryce’s Dad finally gets the message to butt out and just be supportive.
Interesting read, N. R. Walker writes great books

This was one of the famous fluffy angstfree N.E Walker story. Sexy and romantic. A good read.
