Very thought provoking and I think it’s helped me become a better actor, it’s just dry.

The simplest theory of acting I've encountered. This book presents the idea of the "target": a powerful companion to Stanislavsky-based acting. Helps me simplify and ground myself when I get trapped in my brain or so caught up in techniques that I freeze.
