⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I might be biased because of my political standing and my love for the Obamas but I loved this book. Michelle's story is so inspiring-it felt like I was sitting with a friend listening to her tell me about her life. She doesn't shy away from her struggles, and I loved how open she was about figuring out her path, balancing family and work, and dealing with self-doubt.

I loved learning about her childhood and how her parents always believed in her. Her relationship with Barack is admirable. She talks about the highs and lows of their relationship in relatable ways.

This book is filled with so many nuggets of wisdom and moments that made me laugh or even tear up a bit. It's not just about her time in the White House, either-though those behind-the-scenes glimpses are fascinating-but about her whole journey of becoming who she is. This was an amazing heartfelt and inspiring read!

Wonderful. I love auto biographies of any kind, but this one in particular was extra intriguing because not only was it the story of Michelle Obama's life- it also felt like a peek into the political landscape of the last two decades from an insider's perspective. Genuinely interesting and surprisingly hopeful & inspiring, I left this book feeling motivated to make change and grateful for the people who do. Made me cry multiple times, Michelle did a very good job. Would recommend to any woman.
