I wish I'd enjoyed this more, but the way this friends to lovers romance evolved just wasn't really for me.

I loved the premise of this, and I was really into it for the first half. The romance felt a little rushed, but the main thing that wound up bothering me was how immature a lot of the characters seemed for being in their mid 20’s. Amber and her whole storyline bothered me the most. Aside from that, it was enjoyable for some light reading.

I was really excited for this one. It’s a friends to lovers story set at Christmas time. But the Christmas stuff was too on the nose…Nick Winters? Noel, Holly, and Merry? And then the drama between the two girls was ridiculously drawn out. I felt like the book was too long.

A truly charming friends-to-lovers story with lots of witty banter. I loved it!

Oof... this had it's cute moments but overall I was just left frustrated and irritated. Between the negatively gendered language (can we stop calling men girls as an insult?), the obnoxious fighting between 26 year old women (they literally punch each other), absolutely childish lack of communication, and constant sex shaming...

Very cute book! Love a friends to lovers book! I did want to punch Amber in the face throughout the book and glad to see that happen! Spicy level would be one just

First 1/2 of the book is a cute 3 star read. Last half made me mad.
Also upset I had to read the phrase "Her seam was slick."Gross.
