a light and quick novella to start of this year's Fool's Gold books.

I enjoyed the story, and the return to Fool's Gold, but it was really short. It just moved a little fast for my taste. I'm excited for the next full book in the series, though, which I guess is the point of the novellas!

it was just way too short. could not get into the characters, and i felt like they didn't have enough time to develop into realistic beings, or into a solid relationship.
