First ARC of 2024! This book was so cute. A great short pallet cleanser! MMC was a sweet cinnamon roll that just wanted a wife to spoil. Super low angst. Can’t wait to read more from this author!

It was cute and fluffy. And while I like cute and fluffy it felt like I missed something. The story is very much slice of life with no conflicts. There were some opportunities for interesting conflict though and I would have liked it if the story explored those a bit more. But Theo and Celeste were great together and I enjoyed reading it.

ARC REVIEW:
This is a sweet and spicy story of a minotaur and a human finding love together.
Theo is a cinnamon roll and just absolutely dotes on Celeste. I loved reading their story and getting to see the relationship progress between the characters. I was drawn in and the story was easy to follow, and very enjoyable. The spice was a bonus too!
I would definitely love to read more about these two!

I think I'm off minotaurs. Their dicks are just way too big. The tail swishing thing was also not my kind of fun so I wasn't loving all of these steamy scenes - the mirrors were fun though. I didn't really like these characters. I think the FMC's anxiety was never explained and this world seemed very odd. Why are we deleting the human race? It seems like it would make more sense to procreate and make more humans. Also, why are random "monsters" attacking humans...like what does that give them?? I was confused and while I did appreciate the time these two spent together before saying "I love you" I felt like the relationship was a bit lackluster. MMC wanted a human because they're "special" (??) and she was cute and kind hearted. FMC just wanted the freedom to explore the world and not be safe and she thought the MMC was sweet enough. Like yeah, okay...

I only finished this because I bought it...I didn't have a good time unfortunately. I didn't find this very romantic.

okay so i loved the cover art so much for this book, its beautiful. the writing overall was good, i just couldn't get into the story. like i really wanted to love it, the characters are cute the storyline itself is a great idea..... it was just lacking in detail for me. its definitely a simple and sweet read, the spice was there and i would've loved it if i had gotten to fall for the individual characters a bit more. it was just too short for me personally. i feel like i was more told about the characters, then i was shown and immersed in their world. again thats a me thing. if you want something easy, short and to the point with great spice, cute characters and spice that any size queen would adore then you will probably love this read!!

I love Theo.
But you know what I love more? An author who uses correct grammar and punctuation! Truly, you don't get that a lot of the time with books like these.
MY ONLY WISH was for more angst. It's a feel good story, a fantastic feel good story, but as a read I needed something more. Give me a little drama like met the ex or an argument. I can't keep going to the dentists with all the tooth rotting fluff!
I wish it was longer! I loved Theo and Celeste. Everything was cute and wonderful. I could read their story for days and hours 🥹
