I thought this book was… fine. It felt like an early Coben work, with the bones of what makes him such an exciting writer but with a fair amount of logic leaps to make pieces fit. It felt thinner than I’d have expected. The characters are there, the story has moments, but overall it wasn’t as successful as I’d have liked.

Another brilliant tale from master of thrillers, Harlan Coben. It was everything you want a thriller to be. Suspenseful. Captivating. Thrilling! I loved each twist and turn, desperate and eager to "look ahead" and see where they lead me.

A fantastic, fast and thrilling read!

This was really good. I enjoyed the characters of which there are many in this one to get your head around. Harlan knows how to write a mystery that has twists that keep your mind second guessing and trying to piece it together. As a 90’s kid I liked the references to 90’s staples like Fairly Odd Parents and shag bands. I cannot wait to pick up my next Coben.

I've enjoyed everything I've read by Coben. This one certainly kept me guessing, but I also got a little lost trying to keep track of all the characters involved.

What a fantastic book. More and more twists that I didn’t see coming. HC is a master and he has done it again. This was a nail biter and I was permanently on the edge of my seat. I loved this book. I loved learning Lorens backstory (any friend of Myron, is a friend of mine) and getting to know these wonderful characters. This book was just brilliant and I would encourage anyone to read it

Typical Harlan Coben with some twists, but I appreciate them in this one since I didn't see most of them coming ahead of time! It did start out a tad slow with lots of characters with interweaving stories. As the stories progressed and character story lines came together, it got really good. I would say it grabbed me starting at 30% and by 50% it was hard to put down. If you like Coben's writing style & storytelling (which I do), then this is a good one to read.
