This was a very quick read that gave me a brief history lesson. I do feel like I need to do some additional research because I had a lot of questions from this particular read. Overall a good refresher that will leave you with additional questions.

A nice pamphlet promoting the greatness of African history during an era of virulent scientific racism. But there's no need to use loose scholarship. Atlantis? Really? We are to believe that the lost city of Atlantis really existed... that it was populated by black Egyptians? Several demerits for that.

interesting for the sake of early pan-African histories, but obviously not very in depth
