Love the story. Best part is the fmc saves herself and takes care of her men.

3.5 stars!

Okay, look past the ridiculous cover for a moment. If you are looking for a light sci-fi/action read with some omegaverse smut tossed in for good measure, this is for you. They're definitely aliens/monsters, but relatively humanoid with some particularly, uh, agile tails. It's definitely fine as a standalone although I understand there are more in the series. Kept me interested, and was a relatively quick read.

Docked a few stars because it could have used another editing pass, both for grammar/spelling mistakes and also just to trim off some of the redundancy. Also, the part where the FMC thinks she is saving the MMCs by not expressing her love for them (I want to say miscommunication but it's not quite that) drags on and on....for like a good half of the book. Started getting on my nerves after a bit, particularly when the MMCs were more than clear.

Also, no crossed swords. Always a bummer in the omegaverse. Particularly since the MMCs were stuck with nobody but themselves for a long time!

ALIEN OMEGAVERSE!!

Rare alien captured and sent to heal other rare aliens in prison. FMC is a mostly unknown species with magical healing powers sent to heal a pack that was captured and tortured for information. Like the alien twist to this romance. Although the a/b/o dynamic seemed to be an afterthought more than a large star in this book, you did get some knotting, slick, nesting, and a heat at the end of the book. Looking forward to the next in the series.

Plot was great. Wished for a bit more relationship building between the pack.
Spice 3.

## Tropes
-All characters are alien
-Omgeaverse
-Powerful FMC

## 📖 My Thoughts
I liked how both all characters were aliens and there was a lot of world building linked to this which I think was done well. The FMC becomes a lot more confident throughout and really builds into her own strength. The main characters build from a forced relationship in a cell to sometime more. Slight bit of miscommunication/angst which I think slowed the book a bit in the middle. All ended well though

## ⚠️ Triggers
-Death of parents
-Betrayal
-Suicide
-Slavery
-Confinement

## 🌶️ Spice
Spice happens about a quarter of the way through. To begin with, was more focussed on her pleasure. The males have horns and tails. Spice tended to be more 1:1 style

Chained Fates, Book 1 of the Shadow Myths series by Yve Vale @author.yvevale. First off, I am a fan of Yve’s & this book was no different!

I liked this book a lot! Andora & her guys were great together. If you like SLOW BURN, RH, Sci-fi & Fated Mates, this book is for you.
