It’s… over. But it isn’t, not really. BRB while I consume every other DT-related King book so I never have to leave
I know there are split opinions on the ending(s). I think...I think I'm happy with the end-ending. It feels fitting of the theme of the Dark Tower journey as a whole -- fighting for something that you're not sure what it is, other than, it's important. In a way I feel like Rolandre-living his journey to the tower over and over again explains Ka, and that unexplainable intuition. (But on the other hand, I believe ka existed before his arrival in the desert , so I guess that doesn't track 100%) But the intuition of the ka-tet, at least.
I also need to mention DANDELO. Hands down my favorite (or one of my favorite) parts of this entire book. And, I'm not even a horror fan. Jesus. So scary, so intense. I loved it.
