This books doesn’t flow well. There are missing blocks of information that are too big. The characters seem to have fallen in love in two minutes, which can be fine, but there are too many unforgivables happening one after another. The brother being a second love interest can be fine, but it isn’t presented or written well.

The whole book isn’t written well for how thick of a plot with as many holes as there are here. I don’t feel like it’s keeping my interest and the FMC isn’t as strong or interesting as I’d expected. The plot is lead by things that happen to her rather than her actions / coherent thoughts. It’s really jumpy to me and honestly hard to follow.

I wanted to like this book, but I just don't. The plot held my attention because it was devastating and mysterious, but it was very dark. Lots of violence. Would not recommend.
