Fun brain candy, good smutty bits, enjoyable humor. The murder mystery bit was a bit predictable, but no one reads a book like this for the whodunit. Will read the next.

I am going to read Crime and Punishment after this to purge my brain of cheesy romance and remind myself there are actually good books out there. This genre is NOT for me.

This is a contemporary romance, with a little bit of suspense and a little bit of whodunnit. I’m usually not a fan of contemporary romance, but it doesn’t really have the feel of one.
I’ve reread and reread this book many times now. It’s easily one of my go-to rereads (or relisten, as in this case). It’s an easy read, and while it’s not as cringey as insta-love, their relationship is quick, but solid.

I’m not generally a fan of main characters who are thieves, but I’ve really enjoyed this authors historical novels, so I decided to give this one a try.... and It confirmed that I’m still not a fan of characters who are thieves.
An easy light read. Plot got off to a good start but then became confusing, complicated and even a little boring. It was difficult to follow the characters train of thought and almost every page became a sex scene which was fairly annoying.
There was no character development or any reason beyond lust why they fell in love. The author kept mentioning that richard was fascinated by how her mind worked, but all she seems to be doing is insulting his best friend, insulting richard's security and rubbing his nose in the fact she would steal from him and other people...faurly unattractive traits if you ask me.

Sam is a thief, one of the best. However, she didn't expect to save billionaire Richard Addison's life when she went to steal his Trojan stone tablet. The question is can she trust him to help her to clear her of murder, and can they find out who set the bomb? Plus, there is all the attraction...
Fun fluff.
Fun fluff.
It's good for a cute flirty romance with a murder plot thrown in. I'm a sucker for antiques and people who appreciate them.
