It was alright. To be honest I wasn't overly fond of the main character, Enoch Hale. There were also some jumps in the timeline in the middle of the chapters was slightly annoying. However, it started to get a little more interesting when Sherlock finally joined the story. Proving both authors were seasoned Holmes writers. In the end it wasn't a bad little book. Just not my favorite books set around Holmes and Watson.
