Dave Barry is a newspaper humor columnist, so as you can expect, this book isn't the most well-written book ever. It's not very believable (it is Peter Pan after all) and there isn't a lot of character development. But it is highly entertaining, and for that reason I intend on reading the next books in the series. Great tale of adventure!

Great read! The plot is well-paced and full of adventure. Sure, too much seemed to happen but in this book it worked. The story serves as a prequel to the Peter Pan story so we do get to see the characters we know. I do wish there was more clarity at times as it jumped back and forth between characters a lot. Overall, a quick adventure read.

We gave up on this a long time ago. Some fun bits, but mostly irritating.
