This is the perfect story for encouraging a love of reading and books. It also brilliantly demonstrates how a family pulls together to support each other. My children loved the little map that was hidden inside a note in a book that led the children back to the bookshop.
The story is brilliantly written, the illustrations are gorgeous and the little black cat is so loveable. I'd love to visit this bookshop with my own children. A perfect story to share with young children.

Such a cute story about a cat that wants to be a reader for a professional career, but his family tells him that is not a feasible way to make a living. He does not want to do anything but read - and BOY do I wish that was a paying job! He discovers there one thing that comes second best, working as a Bookshop Cat! The illustrations really fit the story and are wonderful.

Voh! Autor TEAB, mis tunne on olla raamatukoi eriti kui teised kõrval ei mõista ja oma kohta on raske leida. Sama hästi ta teab, et kõigi jaoks on see õige koht olemas ning kogu seda kompotti oskab vürtsitada lihtsapärase kuid seiklusliku ja südamliku looga.
