Entretenido y rápido de leer. Suspenso y emoción. Pero francamente una historia fácil de olvidar.

Did anyone else notice that Danielle starts driving around at bar close and all of a sudden it's 8:30pm?

This was definitely my least favorite Blake Pierce books I've read. The characters have no depth, and there's hardly anything contributing to the plot. I really had to push myself through this in order to finish. What a disappointment.... (06/2023)

I really enjoyed reading this book. The characters are loveable and they evolve.

A great start to a new series. I could connect immediately with Chloe, thd MC. Emotional story but well balanced with family drama and a fast paced suspense that had me guessing.

Okay, real talk. I’m not a seasoned suspense reader and so this appeals to me.

The story moved fast and a lot of things happened that could’ve been paced more slowly or given greater depth and fleshing out.

I personally would have liked to see Chloe and Danielle’s relationship being repaired, them seeing or confronting their dad,  and to know wtf happened to Stephen.
