A little too long. Took awhile to get into the twists and turns of the story and they were a bit too far fetched for my liking. I had a bad feeling about Tilley being a double crosser, but she turned out to be a friend, but also kind of sneaky. Still not sure if I even liked her as a friend for Lydia. At the end, Lydia seducing Thomas was too out of character.
Not sure I'll continue with the series.

I would have enjoyed this book much more immensely if it didn't seem like the characters suddenly had complete changes of personality toward the end. The whole trope of Lydia's head injury causing her to act differently seemed sudden, unbelievable, and contrived simply to rush some sex in before the end of the book. I'm all for erotic romance but this made no sense. It felt like a different person wrote the last ten chapters or so.
